Trudno znaleźć osobę, która na hasło IKEA powie: „a co to?” Każdy ma skojarzenia z tą marką. Jednym z nich jest gruby katalog, który do tej pory był jednym ze źródeł dotarcia do klienta. Marka bardzo duży nacisk nakłada na zrównoważony rozwój, dlatego w tym roku, po raz pierwszy zdecydowano, że katalog nie zostanie wydany. Co w związku z tym? Organizacja stawia na nowoczesne źródła kontaktu z Klientem: strona internetowa i social media.

Będąc pracownikiem IKEA brałam udział w małej burzy mózgów, która miała na celu poprawę wizerunku i komunikacji strony internetowej IKEA. Rozmyślania skupiały się na akcjach komercyjnych pojawiających się na stronie IKEA.

  • Na podstawie wszystkich zebranych danych, stworzyłam PERSONE, która będzie zamieszkiwać tworzoną przeze mnie przestrzeń.

    Ania, jest studentką drugiego roku dietetyki. 

    patrząc na layout strony, jest ona bardzo prosta, szybko się ładuje, ma płaskie elementy, nie ma w niej zastosowanych animacji ani filmów. Jednak występuje stanowczo za duży natłok informacji, który dezorientuje odwiedzającego. 

    Dlatego, postanowiłam uprościć stronę startową.

Everyone is shopping. Some once a week, another every day. Everyone has to plan time for this. We never know how long it will take time. Looking for lemon? No potatoes? Standing in a line? It would be nice if someone would do it for us time to time. During this time we would watch our favorite show or go for a walk.
